Client Satisfaction

It is our policy to work on a search until the client is satisfied that the assignment has been  completed successfully. Moreover, should the selected candidate leave the position either voluntarily or through corporate termination for cause within the first year of employment, we will conduct a new search to replace the candidate for no additional fees, charging only for expenses as incurred.

Additionally, Seabrook Search will neither approach nor recruit any executive at the client organization without the explicit written permission of the client.
